my quads ah fucked....toned out the instructah and just went w/ the music. then had fun swearing at ah as she'd say, "pick it up...turn that knob...we're climbin a hill!" i'd say, "shut the fuck up...you're a bitch...like hell we ah!" i was not in a very good mood and the woohoo's and excited yelling from a guy and othahs was smashin through my skull and the time dragged and thank god it was only 60 minutes.
aftah that trip to hell, i was gonna go and run somethin on the treadmill but i draped myself ovah the front of cremahs treadmill and watched him sweat instead.
