Met the usual turkey crew in front of the theater, including Susan, Noelle and Mark Duffield. Plus Holly and Audrey. Debated running 4 miles home after, but decided to call it a day. I'm already running an extra day this week, plus I doubled up on physical activity yesterday. Update: Made the right call. Requiring extensive rolling and sticking. 20%
