First day trying to run after my injection... feels ok. I did feel a little bit of the pain, just enough to let me know it was there but nothing to whine about. I checked my running times from 2009 this time of year and I was running my 10k route in 7:30's pace in practice. Now I'm like 8:20...!! I'm also almot 20lb heavier, I was 187 back in 2009. Ok run today.
