My knees are KILLING me!! I cant run anymore... this is rediculous. I stopped at a mile and ran back. I can not run on these knees, they are just too painful. I am not whining, this is for real. Both knees. I am giving myself a injection of cortisone tomorrow... I cant take it anymore!
