Notes

MP run. Starting to get my endurance back. My right hip bothered me just a lil bit. Stopped at mile 7.5 to do a little stretching for about 3-4 minutes, then back on track. Felt strong til the end. But the last 3.5-4 miles is a gradual uphill.
