Workout was to run 200 @ ~33 and then pick up the last 100. 2 minutes rest after each interval. 4 minutes rest between each set. Times were:
Set 1: 47, 48, 47, 47, 47
Set 2: 45, 47, 48, 47, 47
Felt pretty good throughout the workout. Didn't strain too much at all.
2.5 mi c/d
On the cooldown I tweaked my knee or something. It seems to create some pain when I bend it. When I got home I iced it and the massaged it in the shower.
