track was in horrid condition, puddles, basically a mad circle, also 20mph winds
so subtract about 2 seconds from each lap time. Not a bad workout but this cinder track is messing with my mind because of the time difference. i step on Brookdale's track which isn't even fast and I'm running 67 or 66 no problem. Keeps me hungry I guess.
