supposed to do 5x1200 @ 3:55 ish, did one 1200 but turned it into 1k's b/c i felt stagnant on the 1200s

tightened up bad on the last one, the first was i wasn't fully warmed up for. decent workout, much faster than last week. so I am making progress. I want to do some 1k's with thursday maybe at threshold pace. i'll bounce that one off Glynn.
