At the Peachtree Ridge HS track doing 8 easy at 115. Wimped out of the Silver Comet. Am taking care of Dave & Casey's dog plus had GI issues, so just went to the track. Had company for most of it.
So, Avg Pace: 11:04.1 at HR 115, AVG Cadence 165.7 not using mp3 player.
68 temp with 100% humidity = 68% dew point applied to 11:04 = a heat adjusted pace of 10:48. Hard to believe.
Also, 10:48 * 115 = 1242 BpM
Didn't believe the Garmin supplied humidity, so I am estimating the dew point at 63 giving a HA or 10:51.
