At the Peachtree Ridge HS track doing 1wu+5MP (9:55) = .75 to make up some from yesterday. Ran alone the whole time. Just after I finished the MP portion a couple of others came down there, but no one before then.
AVP: 9:52.8 AHR:131.6 (but kept going up) T71 DP67 TDP 138, HAP: 9:37
I did feel like I was working and happy enough that I didn't have to do another mile. This was only 5 miles at MP. :-( That will be going up in the coming weeks.
For the 310xt
I ran in lane 8 = 453.66 meters per lap * 24 laps / 1609.3 meters per mile = 6.765 miles. Garmin 310xt measured 6.76 miles.
For the 910xt
It measured 6.68 miles, so off by 0.08 miles over a 6.765 distance.
