At the Peachtree Ridge HS track doing 1wu+5@MP of 9:55. Did have company the whole time. Started at 6:49. Find it hard to believe I was actually that early given the amount of sunshine. Guess I should start even a bit earlier.

Hr was increasing, but at least I didn't go anaerobic as I did last Friday when I got into the 140s.
