Notes
The first time I went running with the Sprints since the week of the 12th. Overall I was happy. I only went at a Percieved Effort of 6 since I didn't want to beat up my legs, for not have run in the past week. My goal was to keep a 7:30 pace and I would have made it, but a older female jogger stopped me and asked about my Sprints. I ran with her for half a mile and gave her the impramptu BFR speech.
I've decided I need to take it easy on company/section PT run days, so my body can heal itself. I will continue my 5K program for the PT test in the first week of Feb.
Drank half a bottle of chocolate milk. Took a quasi ice bath, 12 min. followed by a hot shower.
Will start exerimenting with icing my shins and calfs after running to help in healing.
