Excellent run with G. After reading more into the Vo2Max / VODT Charts I found in my Lore of Running Book, I discovered that I have indeed been running way too fast for my easy runs. Where before, my easy runs would be about 7:15-7:30, when I should actually be running an 8:30-0900 easy. This explains why I've been getting slower and why my body feels so sore. For the rest of the week, I will do easy runs so my body has a chance to heal itself from all the punishment I've given it. I will take a semi-official pt on Monday.
