Notes
Good makeup run from yesterdays lackluster treadmill experience. If I'm not too busy tomorrow, I've decided to do a half-marathon trial (2 laps Naperville Course I @ 9:00min pace.)
I foresee the hardest part is going to be keeping a 9min pace while trying to hold back going faster; especially in the beginning of the run.
