Really good run. Was expecting some hip pain, but didn't get any. Ran 5mph first mile, then jacked to 6, then back to 5.5 for rest of run. Last mile was at 6.6, or 9mph. Not too tough. Treadmill is easier than running outside I believe. Bad week for miles. Mind has been back and forth between running and lifting. Decided to run today, and had a good run. Great. Will have to build base wisely instead of the sporadic stuff I've been doing. Go for it. 3-5 tomorrow.
