Did Zone 4 Cruise intervals. Time of Work Intervals (WI): 12,10,8,6. 1/4 of WI is rest, slow walking.
Pace decreased throughout the run. Ran at almost 7:00/mile for first 10:00 of first WI, then began to slow. Other WI's did the same, but slowed more quickly and started a bit lower. Last interval probably averaged about 8:15/mile. .50 mile warmup and cool down in zone 1, then cooldown in zone 2.
