Missed the early morning run due to sleeping in. Stayed up too late. Take note.
Ran on treadmill 5 miles. Did a bit at 10:00/mile. Ave 12. Ran last 1/4 mile at 3 and 5 on the incline. HR up to 173 at end. Hips hurt at slower speeds. Left achilles AND the RIGHT now hurt. Ease up. Recover. Try again.
