Notes

After WAAAAAY too much reading about beginning running programs, i decided to go with Jack Daniel's white program, as outlined in Daniels' Running Formula. It has short enough intervals and increases slowly enough that i feel like this could be a good fit for the situation i'm in. i guess i'll see!
