slow easy pace... picked up pace a little in the last few miles...thought it would be nice to get avg pace down to 9:00. I didnt want to be too tired for tomorrows planned 16 mile run but was hoping to have some fatigue so that I can hopefully push through and be able to finish tomorrow strong. I'm thinking this may help mimick the end miles of the marathon as I'll have run a marathon in 24 hours (just not all at once)
