plan was to run the first 10 miles close to 9:00 pace and then try and pick the pack up (if I could....not sure as I did 10 miles yesterday) to 8:30ish pace. Was really hoping to be able to push hard in the last 1-2 miles and be able to get down to 2:20.
I felt much better than expected and started pushing the pace at mile 7 and ended up with my last mile being the fastest.
