Treadmill

Notes

Ran on the treadmill. Weight is so-so - after supper weight. Would like to be 165, but not going to make it in 2008. Maybe 2009. Going to try and focus on eating right. Went with Steven to his follow up appointment. My you-know-what is sore. Need to make that better.
