Classic posiitve split training run: 8:41, 8:39, 9:19, and then 9:30. Last mile took 20 - 30 seconds at mail box though, so not too bad. Had grilled ham and cheese sandwich for lunch, not normal salad wrap. Weighed 165 pounds after run! Goal weight. Avg. Mnt. Goal wgt.
