Notes

Ran on the treadmill because it was very cold. Last run of the year! Oh boy. Need to write goals for 2009. I will think about it and put it on tomorrows run. Sub 20 minute 5K will be in there. Weigh less than 165 pounds too. Both of them have been goals for a long, long time
