Enjoyed that, morning runs certainly getting easier. Left knee not right again. Am going to have to think about resting before half marathon training starts, but am just so enjoying the running at the moment I don't want to stop. Will continue with my regular stretching and strength work and hopefully this will help if not back to physio.
