Week one run three. OK not a good run. One of those you want to turn back but continue because you are determined not to be beaten. Legs sore from the squats and lunges the other night. This soreness then hurt when running up hill and this route seemed to have a lot of hills!! Had to walk in parts up the hills. Need to do route again without soreness just to manage to run the entire route as I know I can. While I didn't enjoy the run glad I did it as was thinking not going....but am stubborn and want to reach the goal of 135 miles this month as already lowered this from 150 as needed to rest last week.
