Great run, ran to a pace that felt good. Though felt like I should of been running a tad faster as it did feel slightly hard but not over pushing it, more like was running 9:45 not 10:05 .... the hills were hard and did make the 10.14 average...legs still sore from the squats and lunges the other night...oh and ate dinner an hour before so this will of made it feel harder too...but it still felt good and pleased I managed to go out as late as I did, however it was still hot and muggy,
