Legs felt heavy for first few miles. Managed to run up Park Lane :-) can't think if I have ever done this unless Tasha has been there to push me. Manage to run up mostly through Hampstead Park - had to take a very short walk break. Felt good and strong, yes a slow pace but felt like could have managed another mile or two, didn't as wanted to get home....hungry yet again how do others manage long runs without getting hungry???
