Quick easy recovery run, did only 3 miles for 2 reasons 1) couldn't be arsed to get out of bed and 2) with dropping the 10 mile run last week, do not want to increase the distance this week too much, especially after a race on last Sunday. Was cold, warm my new thermal top, thought this was a tad too warm, even for a a 3 mile slow run; will need to give it another couple of weeks at least until it will be cold enough to wear it.
