Good run, have to remember that recovery pace is just that, RECOVERY and not too worry about taking it easy :-) perhaps route not the best as the fourth interval speed part down a narrow footpath that is uneven ground with Mia was not the best idea as had to slow down for safety - oops different route next time...but good run enjoyed it. Need to consider shorter and slower recovery - i.e. 1 min instead of 2 at a much slower pace...
