ouch my hip. Lasted until about 4.5 miles then run walk until 5.8 then walked remainder of route home. Did not hurt as bad as a few weeks ago so will continue with run plan and rethink the long run next week. Hurt to walk home so don't want to stray far from home. Now a couple hours later still slightly sore when seated.
