Well I don't know what else to say other then a totally crap run. Could not get into it and find my rhythm. Every step was hard it was like my legs were lead and did not want to move. Shortened threshold part and recovery but did try my best to put effort in to the threshold part of the run.

Not sure if it was just a crap run, lack of hydration or not having Mia and feeling guilty for leaving her at home, despite her limping the past two days....oh well just one of those runs for what ever the reason.
