good run, felt better then on Sat, though time was longer by approx 4min. Need to start slower and maintain a steady pace and wear less (wore 2 pairs of tights and long top). did some run/walk
thoughts for when start long runs on sat:
- eat two hours before if am run
- have a sports drink before run
- take a sports drink along
- start slow and steady if towards last 2 miles feel good, increase speed
- wear 3/4 length bottoms and ss top
