Easy run before half marathon tomorrow. Missed last nights run as could not bare the weather and was shattered. Another excuse and probably the best...is did not want to run a 10 mile run two days before my half....This run felt good and even managed to get out before 8 am :-) pace kept slow and went only on feel and managed to keep it at 10.30 as average pace, half this was running over the fields was slow and toughish as muddy and slippy with the rain last night.
