So a what point did an 8 mile run move from a "oh my I have an 8 mile long run" to "I have an 8 mile easy/recovery run"? It was not too long ago that I would have a second thought about an 8 mile run midweek; now it's an easy/recovery run. I still remember the first time I ran 6 miles and was so pleased now 8 is nothing to bat an eye at. Am at a place in my training I feel I could fly! I am feeling strong and hope this lasts and gets me through Portsmouth and Brighton.
