OK ran the route but hip did hurt, started about 4.0 miles into run was able to run but not likely longer then the 5.5 miles. Am thinking I just need to work on the strength in the hip still so will continue but not run if too painful. Will assess on pavement where there is more stability underfoot rather then the off road / field terrain.
