Ran up Paddock Rd/Meadow Close hill then until down hill speed camera. Had to walk out a stich at about 1.5 mile...ran better after. Though left knee very sore by end, esp at bottom of Newtown road.
Iced knee and think will rest it for a few days and will run again Wed.
