Notes

Steady Run

Notes: Felt good but still sore in my upper hamstrings/lower butt muscles from squatting yesterday. Lower 7 minute pace for steady run then 6x30 meter flyes off the turn. Felt good on first 5 flyes, pretty fast with good form, a little sloppy on the last one. Overall a good and easy day.
