Notes: Got my chunk on today: Roni's 4 minute plank routine,
BENCH (lbs/ hand): 65 x 10, 70 x 10, 75 x 8, 80 x 5 (unassisted, PR), 85 x 3 w/ help,
2 x 10 one leg squats. Lat pulldowns: 87. 5 x 12, 100 x 8, 120 x 6. Dips: 16/ 0 (left collarbone really hurt) Pull ups: 3/3.
