INJURY!!!!! Both my long adductors!!! I think it's from the soccer. I wanted to run so had to limit my speed to 8km/h for 60 sec/60 sec walk @ 0%. Last 6 min I could go for slightly longer: 90 sec R/60 sec W. ARGHHHHH
I was expecting it to be difficult (that's why I choose the TM instead of going out with Spooky) because I've noticed significant stiffness over the last couple of days, but had no idea it was this bad. I guess main thing is I did run.
