Notes
Nice easy treadmill run this morning. Wendy got the go-ahead to pick Charlie back up later this morning, so I can go back outside for some fall runs instead running inside again soon ... especially after this weekend, when the time change takes effect so it won't be pitch black when I leave.
New shoes seem pretty good, we'll see how they do in a few weeks. Hopefully they'll keep my calves loose and I won't run into any more problems.
