Went easy on the treadmill this morning, felt good. Trying to get back in rhythm after a horrendous week last week, which was due almost entirely to staying out until 1 AM playing poker on Wednesday night, which made me overtired for the whole week, which them prompted me to eat like crap all week.
Thus, I headed in the wrong direction in terms of mileage and in terms of weight. Trying to get headed in the right direction on both fronts this week.
GOAL # 1: Be up to 6 runs and 40 mpw by my 30th birthday
GOAL # 2: Be under 200 lbs before my 30th birthday
Got plenty of time (almost four months) to accomplish both goals, just have to actually focus and get doing it.
