Best run yet. After my 5 3:1 intervals were over, I did two 1:1 (thirty second) intervals. I felt great! I stretched really well beforehand. But I don't think I properly cooled down, which may have led to my downfall two days later. (9/23). I stopped running in the driveway, stretched a little bit and went in the house. In retrospect, maybe I should have stopped running after my 3:1 intervals.
