Alright so first off the bat this is a 10k PR! Although, my 10k PR was by far the weakest of all my PRs. Anyway, the 5k course is virtually flat and produces some nice and flat times. The 10k however is the exact opposite, nice and hilly! A mile and a half into the race you start the first major hill, which is apparently 250 feet of vertical ascension, and then around 4 miles in you ascend another 100 - 150 feet and the next 2 miles are a steep downhill and a gradual uphill back to the beginning. I was fairly pleased with my efforts on the hills, but the interval in between the two hills is where I lost time. Other than that I'm happy with this effort, if I can average 6:15 min/mile on a course that is most akin to Moore, I think this will set me up for a successful season. Not to mention the extra 1.2 miles or so I ran compared to an 8k.

Goal for next year, 38:00?
