Notes
Had the option of either 2 or 3 400s and 3 or 4 300s depending on how I was feeling and what times I was hitting. I was supposed to do 61 for the 400s and 45 for the 300s. On the first 400 is was effortless! I floated the last straightaway and it couldn't have been easier. So pumped! Ballin' workout though.
