Notes

7xHills, with a 2.5mile warm-up and a 2.5 mile warm-down. The hill I used was a little shorter than Mass Ave/Drury but about 30 more feet of elevation. When you do the math out I ended up running the equivalent of about 6-7 seconds faster, oh well
