Soccer!

Notes

"cross training" with soccer! It actually was 70min and I have no idea on the distance so for the time being I'm just going to guestimate that it was 6miles and about 7:30 pace effort. Not a bad performance on my part either with a good number of people and balanced teams. Can't wait till next Thursday!
