I don't even know why I did this run. Brendan asked if I wanted to run and me being the big idiot I am said sure. Got to me Josh as well which was nice. Boy am I glad I ran with them because if I had been left to myself I probably would have done 2 or 3 minutes faster and just 100% died. As it was running in 90+ degree heat wasn't the smartest choice and there were a few sections where I was just melting. Oh well, still get to run with Jill later so today's average pace is going to be WAY slow.
