So the point of this workout was to get my legs used to running sub 6:00 pace while tired. So I ran for about an hour and then did 6x800. 6:00 pace is the slowest average speed I want to run throughout the entire XC season this year so that was my goal pace. Ideally the 800s would have been done at 3:00 but I felt good and decided to run a pace that was faster but still comfortable.
