In the middle of the workout I realized this isn't the kind of thing I should be doing right now. WAYY too fast. Next time, a bit slower than race pace. For a 5k.

Also, I did this in the Free's. probably not the wisest choice I've ever made - my right arch is a bit tender. I'll take it easy the next couple days and maybe wear the victories.
