Well well, longest since March 27th though nowhwre near that pace. Long way to go still and the leg is still hurting.
HR still sucks too, avg 171. I really tried to focus on other things
But just wasn’t working. Also had to stop around 4.2 because I tried this compression sleeve on my foot and it was killing my feet on both sides so had to sit and remove. It was a good 2-3 minute break but that’s the only oneZ
Happy to finish this long, in my head I wanted it but wasn’t sure I’d get it.
